Quit Smoking & Vaping
Hypnotherapy offers a powerful and effective way to stop smoking or vaping by working directly with your subconscious mind – where habits and cravings are stored. Instead of relying on willpower alone, hypnosis helps you change the way you think and feel about smoking, breaking the emotional and psychological patterns that keep the habit in place. Many clients feel a sense of calm, control and freedom after the session.
I use a one session approach which tackles the problem from a few different angles. First, we look at the habit and why it's there, then we update the software. Techniques to strengthen motivation and willpower are installed. Then we go into the future to see what life will be like as a non-smoker (this can often be quite profound as smokers will often identify themselves as smokers who can't be non-smokers).
It also reinforces that you can choose to say NO, letting go of the habit and reclaiming your health and well-being.
